I’m Levi and I’ve been a GoDoG walker for 3 months. I moved to Brooklyn from Seattle about 2 years ago, so this job has been such a fun way to explore this lovely borough. I’ve always had a special connection to dogs and have lived with them on and off since I was a young kid. - [Daniel](https://godogbrooklyn.com/divi-area/daniel/): Hey there! My name is Daniel, I'm a new hire at GoDoG! I’m originally from Syracuse, and I’ve been living in Brooklyn for a little over 3 years. Before meeting Jason and the GoDoG crew, I was walking dogs in the Upper East Side. As much as I miss my big city dogs, I'm glad to be working so much closer to home. It's been such a pleasure getting to know my canine neighbors and their families! - [Eka](https://godogbrooklyn.com/divi-area/eka/): Hey hey! I’m Eka—and I’m originally from the country of Georgia. I moved to NYC in 2023 and joined the GoDoG team in March 2024. Since then, it’s been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. But my connection with animals started way before that. - [David](https://godogbrooklyn.com/divi-area/david/): Hello everyone! My name is David and I am a jazz guitarist from Barcelona whose love of dogs led to GoDoG. After the loss of my dog last year I was inspired to find work with dogs to be close to them and spoil them the way I couldn’t do to my boy anymore, which led me to GoDoG. - [William](https://godogbrooklyn.com/divi-area/william/): Hello! I'm William, and I've been a GoDoG walker for almost 2½ years. As a native Brooklynite, working for GoDoG has allowed me to explore this incredible borough in great depth; even better, I get to do so alongside a cornucopia of canine companions! - [Peter](https://godogbrooklyn.com/divi-area/peter/): Hey everyone! My name is Peter LeWarn I have been a life long dog owner and lover and recently joined the GoDoG team in April of 2025! I grew up in a small town called Tappan just north of the city where my family had all types of dogs ranging from Scottish terriers to German Shepards. I’ve always treasured my time with the wonderful animals and tended to see some part of myself in my families dogs no matter how different they were from each other. - [Steph](https://godogbrooklyn.com/divi-area/137/): Hey there, Steph here! I was born and raised in Staten Island and I've been working at GoDog for almost 4 years! When I'm not hanging out with dogs, I'm playing competitive roller derby. I've always had such a special connection with dogs. Being able to build a special bond with every dog that I work with is really the highlight of this job. Working at GoDog has given me the opportunity to help dogs socialize, some needing more help than others, and there's nothing more fulfilling than watching the progress these dogs make throughout our time together. - [Jason](https://godogbrooklyn.com/divi-area/jason/): Hey! Hey! Thank your for taking some time to read a bit about us here. I grew up in Westport Ct, and we were indeed a “dog family”. Those poodles are Brandy, Beau and their mother Pepper. Funny, while I look a tad different today, I hope :-), this is basically where our “meet and greets” take place: me on the floor with your pup. I’ve always had a rather exquisite sensitivity toward animals. I can remember being about five when my mother and I were at the fish market, and I was mesmerized by the lobsters in their tank. When I asked what was to become of them, my mother’s answer evoked quite a tantrum of tears and protests. Our dogs passed away before my teens, and my mother didn't get another dog till I was in my early 20’s, a lhasa ahpso she named Brat. I had already moved to NYC to pursue a career as a singer and an actor, but I maintained a steady and close relationship with Brat, and that bond kept my love of dogs vibrant and inspired. In NYC, I received my B.A in Liberal Arts from The New School , so of course, with that it was either grad school, or start a dog walking business...
